India vs Ireland, 2nd T20I: India win by 33 runs to seal series
India defeated Ireland by 33 runs in the second T20I at The Village, Dublin on Sunday to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
After winning the toss and opting to bowl, India restricted Ireland to 139 for 7 in 20 overs. Jasprit Bumrah was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 24, while Prasidh Krishna took 2 for 32.
In reply, India reached the target in 16.4 overs with six wickets in hand. Deepak Hooda top-scored with 47 off 29 balls, while Suryakumar Yadav made 37 off 26 balls.

India started the bowling well and kept Ireland under pressure in the powerplay. Bumrah and Krishna were particularly impressive, conceding just 24 runs in the first six overs.
Ireland lost their first wicket in the seventh over, when Paul Stirling was dismissed by Bumrah for 11. However, Harry Tector and Andrew Balbirnie put on a 47-run partnership to steady the innings.
Tector was the more aggressive of the two batsmen, hitting three sixes in his 29-ball innings. However, he was dismissed by Harshal Patel in the 13th over.
Balbirnie top-scored for Ireland with 34, but he was unable to get the team to a competitive total.
In reply, India got off to a good start, with Ruturaj Gaikwad and Yashasvi Jaiswal putting on 45 runs in the powerplay.
Gaikwad was dismissed for 23 in the seventh over, but Hooda and Suryakumar Yadav took the attack to the Irish bowlers.
Hooda and Yadav scored 47 and 37 respectively, and India reached the target with ease.
